- Payment information — processed securely by PayPal; we never store your card or payment details
1.2 When you create a SaaS account
- Name and email address
- Business or venue name
- Content you create within the application (recipes, ingredients, pricing data)
- Account activity and usage data
1.3 Automatically collected
- Cookies and basic analytics to understand how our website is used
- Browser type, device type, and general location (country level)
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Process and fulfill orders, including providing access to digital downloads
- Create and manage your SaaS account
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
- Improve our products and website
- Send transactional emails (order confirmations, account notifications)
- Send promotional emails about new products or updates — only with your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time
3. Data Storage and Security
Digital template purchases: Order data is stored within our WordPress/WooCommerce platform hosted on our web server.
SaaS accounts: Your account data and application content are stored securely on Supabase, hosted in West EU (Ireland) within the European Union. This means your data is stored in compliance with GDPR requirements.
We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
4. Data Retention
- Template purchase data: Retained for as long as required for legal and accounting purposes (typically 7 years under Israeli law)
- SaaS account data: Retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data is permanently deleted within 30 days
- Inactive SaaS accounts: Accounts with no activity for 24 months may be deleted after prior email notice
5. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except:
- PayPal — to process payments securely
- Supabase — to store and manage SaaS account data
- Legal compliance — if required by law or in response to valid legal requests
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction — request corrections to inaccurate or incomplete information
- Deletion — request permanent deletion of your personal data
- Portability — request your data in a portable format
