How many users are included?
Pro includes up to 3 users per workspace. Larger teams can contact us for a custom setup.
How many workspaces are included?
Starter includes 1 workspace. Pro includes up to 2 workspaces.
Can editors manage capacity data?
Yes. Editors can manage resources, projects, allocations, absences, planner views, and reports. Owners manage billing, team members, and workspaces.
What happens if I cancel Pro?
The workspace returns to Starter limits. Existing data remains in the workspace, but Pro-only features are blocked until the plan is active again.
