Terms and Conditions — ExcelHighway SaaS Products

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of all software-as-a-service (SaaS) products offered by Elad Sharon (“we”, “us”, “our”) under the ExcelHighway brand, including Mise en Place and any future SaaS tools. By creating an account or using any of our SaaS products, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
You may request deletion of your account at any time by emailing elad.sharon@excelhighway.com. We will process your request within 30 days and permanently delete your data.
2. Subscriptions and Billing
Our SaaS products are offered on a subscription basis, with free and paid plans available. Current pricing is displayed within each application and on our website.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed securely through PayPal. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Prices are displayed in USD. Your bank or PayPal may apply currency conversion fees if you are paying from outside the United States.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your PayPal account. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not prorate or refund partial months.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your first paid subscription, contact us at elad.sharon@excelhighway.com and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
After 7 days, all payments are non-refundable.
5. Data and Privacy
Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure hosted in West EU (Ireland). We do not sell, share, or rent your personal data to third parties.
We collect only the data necessary to provide the service: your name, email address, and the content you create within the application (recipes, ingredients, pricing data).

As our servers are located in the European Union, your data is stored in compliance with GDPR requirements.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our products for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems
- Reverse engineer, copy, or resell our software
- Share your account credentials with others (team access is available on Studio plan)
7. Service Availability
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We are not liable for downtime caused by maintenance, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Intellectual Property
All software, designs, and content within our SaaS products are the intellectual property of Elad Sharon and are protected by international copyright laws. Your data remains your own — we claim no ownership over the recipes, ingredients, or pricing information you create.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elad Sharon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by displaying a notice within the application. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Israel.
