- Date: The date you added the lead.
- Customer Info: Name, Contact Name, Position, Email, Phone, Location – everything you need to get started.
- Contact Method: We use a dropdown list for contact methods like phone, email, or face-to-face meetings.
- Sales Rep: Assign your sales rep with another dropdown list.
- Product: In this example, I’ve set it up for cleaning robots, but you can modify it for your business needs.
- Quantity & Price per Unit: What’s the product quantity and price?
- Status: Is this lead still open or has it been closed?
- Stage: The stage of the sales cycle (e.g., Lead, Negotiation, Closed), pulled from a simple dropdown list.
- Probability: As the lead moves through stages, the probability of closing the sale increases – this is automatically updated.
- Last Contact Date: Helps you keep track of when you last contacted the lead.
- Weighted Value: This is the expected value from the lead, based on the probability and sale value – a critical figure for forecasting your sales.
- Days Since Last Contact: Helps you identify leads that need follow-up.
2. Parameters Sheet – Customization at Your Fingertips
In the Parameters sheet, you’ll find everything that powers the dropdowns in the Lead Inputs sheet, including sales rep names, contact methods, and sales stages. This sheet is fully customizable – change these values to suit your business.

This is where the magic happens. I’ve included two pivot tables for easy data analysis:
- Sales Rep Performance: A summary of each sales rep’s weighted value and the number of customers they’re handling.
- Customer Breakdown: A pie chart showing the weighted value distribution across your customers.
The Sales Rep Performance pivot table uses a combo chart that includes a stacked column (for weighted value) and a line chart (for customer count), allowing you to visually analyze both the value and volume of your sales rep’s efforts.
4. Dashboard – Quick Insights at a Glance
The Dashboard consolidates your sales data into easy-to-read charts. You can track performance, spot trends, and make data-driven decisions.
